Payment:

By bank transfer upon receipt of my invoice.

No cheques.

If the arrival date is within two months of the booking date, payment must be made in full and the booking is automatically confirmed upon receipt of payment.

If the arrival date is more than 60 days after the booking date, I require a deposit of €100. Once this deposit has been received, the booking is final. I then require payment of 40 per cent of the invoice amount, minus the deposit, 60 days before arrival, and the balance 30 days before arrival.

At Charme, I also ask for a security deposit of €100. This will be used to settle your electricity consumption.

For Chatrou, I do not require a security deposit, as the rent for these appartments includes electricity.

Cancellation:

If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit of €100 is payable.

If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the rent.

If you cancel 30 or less days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.

I recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
